Daniel is an associate at the firm. Daniel represents clients in real estate transactions and civil litigation. He has experience negotiating and drafting promissory notes, mortgages, deeds, personal guarantees, and other documents involved in the conveyance of real property. He also drafts, reviews, and revises loan modifications and lease agreements for commercial and residential properties.
On the litigation side of his practice, Daniel is passionate about constitutional law and civil rights, including open government, equality under the law, and removing barriers to voting. He regularly volunteers his time to assist community organizers and nonprofits in their endeavors to improve society.
