Rick Dennerline


Frederick W. (Rick) Dennerline, III has been with the firm since 1974, the dawn of the age of ERISA. He has participated in several legal actions that have defined this area of law. Over the years he has prepared many papers for presentation to classes on employee benefits law, which have been conducted by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, and has lectured at seminars on labor relations. In addition to representing various funds, Mr. Dennerline has represented individuals in pension and benefit matters, and has prepared wills and engaged in probate practice for over 30 years.
